Pre-Painted Corrugated Metal Factory
The company operates two production lines for pre-painted corrugated iron sheets (Icon sheets) used for covering factories and roofs with very high efficiency. Available in white, beige, and blue, with thicknesses ranging from 0.28 mm to 0.7 mm.

Straightening Steel Factory
The company owns two sheet-straightening lines for iron with thicknesses from 0.5 mm up to 16 mm, delivering high efficiency and accuracy.

Rolling Mill Factory
The company operates a group of rollers for cold-rolling panels into cylindrical or conical shapes, serving the tank industry and large-scale water lines. We also have a section rolling mill for producing various steel profiles, including I-beams, flat bars, hollow sections, and pipes.

Cutting & Bending Factory
The company owns a cutting and bending line equipped with a group of hydraulic shears and folding machines capable of forming thicknesses of up to 55 mm and lengths of up to 9 meters, with high efficiency and accuracy. Cutting and bending is the fastest and most effective way to produce the metal reinforcements required for any type of project.

German High-Power Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
The factory houses one of the largest German laser cutting machines in Egypt, capable of processing carbon steel, copper, aluminum, and stainless steel. Its 2.5 x 6-meter working area supports high-precision, high-speed processing while minimizing material waste and handling complex cutting requirements.
- Carbon steel: up to 35 mm

CNC Punching & Metal Forming Machine
Our high-speed CNC punching machine provides efficient sheet-metal forming and punching with optimized production costs and consistently high quality. It supports precision punching, forming, perforation, bending, shearing, threading, and tapping operations.
